The University of OPP

This tailor-made seminar program run by the Films Business of ExxonMobil Chemical has attracted more than 11,000 participants representing more than 60 nationalities since 1985. The comprehensive three-day training course, available in Europe and Americas, is designed to give specialists in the flexible packaging industry the chance to discover the nature, manufacture and application of OPP films.

Conducted in Rochester, New York (America) and in Luxembourg (Europe) by experts on flexible packaging, the University of OPP runs sessions several times each year. Material is presented in English. While the material is primarily technical, a technical background is not a prerequisite for attending the course. The subject matter provides the opportunity for anyone working in flexible packaging – from marketing and sales, to manufacturing and purchasing – to thoroughly understand OPP films.
